God looked at all he had created and saw that all of the animals had a partner. Then He saw that Adam was alone. So God said to Adam, "I can give you a partner who will worship the ground that you walk on, who will serve your every need, who will love no one but you, who will never argue with you, who will put you above everything else in the world, and who will live only to please you. However, it'll cost you an arm and a leg."
