Here we are, once again
gazing into each other's eyes.
being together is what keeps us sane
knowing that there's nobody in a white coat, telling you lies

There's no one who can tell us we're wrong
No one here to psycho analyze us
and the time we've spent together has been long
its been the best, I've ever felt, with nobody making a fuss

They don't know we're here
they can't find us, but the time will fly
sadly you whisper "We must part soon, my dear"
I'm finding myself not wanting to leave, unable to say goodbye.

The uniformed men
interrupt us as they barge in
kicking and screaming, we try to resist
As I see one strike you with their fist.

I yell and reach
but I'm quickly overcome
seeing you bleed, watching them stab you with a needle, its too much
your body is black and blue, a great sum...

then comes my turn
A p***k and a pinch
funny colors and smells, invade my senses, my body begins to burn
I taste my last taste of salty tears, they drag me away from you, inch my inch...

As I awake, in my little white room
I close my eyes, so all is black
and you are there...I hear the voices..."She's awake, I asume"
My eyes are open now...I listen to the tapping of the doctor's shoes...clickety-clack

I close my eyes again
slipping into a memory...hearing your soft voice
and thats all that matters...your presence was not in vain
we were together, we made the right choice

because now I'm alive...
instead of in a dead world of white
We well, live, we shall thrive
Soon we'll be together, we'll never go without a fight...
