You see at first, I thought it was a song about running away. But its not, its a song about staying, its a song about running away entirely to soon when there are reasons to stay, and your just to blind to see them. It mentions the reason why someone would run away, even the thoughts running through their head as they try to...but it says not too. Its not saying to let go of what you have, its saying to let go of the pain! Its utter genius. You see, according to the song what you need is to listen, and theres probably a voice there telling you not to go. Well not you particularly, but anyone.
For that reason, its one of my favorite songs. Nearly a theme song.
