I love to sing "Addicted." I don't know why. It was the first song I got platinum on in Kareoke Revolution, and ever since then I've enjoyed signing it. x3 How long have I been waiting? Untill the end of time...
I finally went out and bought Guitar Hero today. I only have... fifteen dollars left. This means I can't buy my own lunches anymore, or frequently throw cash at my friends in the form of gifts. D: Maybe I'll get a job baby-sitting.
*doesn't want to work* ; 3; Boo!
But the game is a lot of fun. You hear people telling you about how it's fun, you read all these reviews about how it's uber-funness level is off the charts, yet untill you spend two hours playing it you don't realize just how fun it is. My brother will never see his PS2 again.
My father finally brought his guitar down from the attic. I was messing with it a bit today, it's in very good shape. Considering it hasn't been used since before I was born. Just strumming it a bit I could tell it was out of tune-- But it is so humid here I knew it would be. whee We ordered a book online to help me get started playing. I can't wait untill it arrives in the mail.
Not to mention it'll be coming with my copy of Romeo and Juliet for school. D: One side of the page has modern-day english, the other side has Shakespearian english. I'm reading a copy without the translations for now, and I'm understanding the story alright. But I have trouble getting all of the metaphors. I have trouble with those in plain English, too. Dx I hope it gets here soon, so images of Cupid bondage can stop floating in my head.
