AH! It has been a month.
I didn't measure myself though, why? Because I know I am doing well! Last thing I need to do is to be super a**l with numbers.
I feel energetic and happy since I've started riding my bike lately.
I was able to save enough and actually get outside and sweat a bit.
I ride about 30 minutes- 2 times a day c: My mother says I should ride more up hills and stuff...But it isn't about the hills that will help me reach my goal it's making my heart pump at a steady rate. Why pump so hard that I'm dead tired in the middle of biking? Srs.
She's one of those people who does a routine one week and immeditally expects results. :l
ANYWAAAAY, I will continue riding. I hope to fit my jeans better by this month c:
