Since this is my only online diary I have, I'll record my goals here.
I am going to get myself to a healthier weight, body shape, and diet.
Not try, I will. My inspiration is my own want, not a magazine cover or a super star. I want to be healthy so I am able to avoid health risks in the future and feel better about myself.
I'm currently 5'3 and 124lbs(waking weight).

Rear:39
Thigh:22
I hope to lose a pound a week and reach a healthy 120 once the month ends and a healthier body shape.
If I am lucky, I'll lose a pants size!!! Yaaay.(and possibly be a b-cup again DOUBLE YAY)
It's going to be difficult with the diet...I am not a fan of veggies and other healthy foods....But I do take one-a-day vitamins to nourish myself.
I'll eat no fast food, no greasy food, and drink a lot less soda.
Hopefully one Dr Pepper a day(that's tough man!!!)
I'll drink up to 6 cups of water daily and stop sleeping in.
No sitting on the couch for hours. More walking and working.
I'll do a bit of strength training to build some muscle and play up to 20minutes of DDR as some (fun)cardio. It's a bit dangerous for a girl like me to run outdoors sadly...So this is my only choice.
Total, I'll be doing up to an hour of actual workout a day but will stay on my feet.
If I am lucky, I will burn as much fat as I possibly can and maintain it long after I reach my goal.
I won't weigh myself daily like every other person does, that's just stupid. I'll wait until the end of the month and write down my results then. If I see no improvement I will have to find new ways of reaching my goals.
