I LOVE this video! I think that somehow, I can relate to the maid in the video. She wants to believe that there's something out there more than the gray life she lives - that there's another life, another world for her. She reminds me of Miranda Lotto from D. Gray-Man, who, if there was an anime version of me ... well, I think that's who I'd be. Amazing video and I dig the feathers in the lead singer's hair and the eyeshadow - only on a rocker, of course! >.< Hotness ... I love crazy, ostentatious artistic stuff like that ... If I could do life over, I would have been a singer singing wild, crazy stuff like this. So, you thought you knew me and I'd never like stuff like this, right? ^_- I love the part where the maid steps through the mirror into freedom - I wish there was a mirror for me to walk through ...

I MUST go to a concert of theirs someday!

I would love to make videos like this ... <3 <3 <3 >.< ^____^

Something about listening to that song and watching that video makes me want to change my life ... a lot. I think I need to make a list of all the things I want to do before my next birthday - all the things I want to do in my 20s and have not yet done ... *big moment of sadness* ... I actually kind of wanted to have some craziness in my "youth" but I was just trying to stay alive ... I should finally release some of that caged wildness this year ... Kinda hard to do some of the things that I want to do without a car, but ... who knows?

I really want to live more passionately ...

I want to go to concerts like this and dance 'till I can't stand up anymore. >.< I want to dance all night, I want to push myself to try new things, I want ... I need ... I must have ... a bigger, wilder life than anything I've ever yet lived!

So, if any of my younger friends are reading this, please, please be young while you are young. That does NOT mean doing drugs or having sex with random strangers or getting drunk all the time (those kind of things just lead to horrible regrets for many) - what it means is going out dancing (don't get drunk or you might do regretable things), hanging out with your friends, trying new things (foods, cultures, music, languages, etc.) Remember these words from someone who was never young and live your youth while you are young so that you have no regrets when you are older. If you lived your youth while you were young, it will be easier to move on and "grow up" when it's time to put many of those things behind you. You will have had your fill of wildness and be ready for a different kind of life. I am already at the point that I should have had my fill of those things in terms of age, but I never had those experiences ... I never lived. Like the song says:

DON'T let that be you, please! sad Live today, don't wait to live until the future. Live in the here and now and be fully alive!
