Oh, I had a wonderful veterans day... -slight sarcasm- I went to Conor's house, by walking, which takes like, 15 minutes. Finally, when we got there, we had lunch, played with the kittens and Dolly etc. Conor's mom came and picked up up at 12:00, like she said she would, and we had to wait in the car for his little sister to put some clothes on. (She had been wearing shorts, and a tanktop. IT WAS LESS THAN 30 DEGREES OUT!) When Sarah finally came back out, we started towards his mom's work. We got stuck in a little traffic on the way, but it wasn't too bad. We finally got to his Mom's work, and went inside for a few minutes. Me and Conor met a few people, then we departed for the library. It took about 25 minutes to walk to the library, and it was downtown. There were a ton of cool little shops to look in, like the tea shop, which was so cool! Anyway, we finally got to the library, both tired as hell, and it was closed! We then realized that we hadn't danced for the traffic cone lords (don't ask) Which had brought us bad luck! Conor returned his books, then I forgot that he wanted to renew it, and I dropped it in too. So we had nothing to read, and nothing to do. We read the names of the veterans of WW II, and I even found someone with the same last name as me! ^^ After that, we sat on a ledge, and talked for a while, then I wrote some more of my book, (about 2 sentences) and I don't remember what he did. Oh yeah, he did have his book, he took that out and read it. After about 5 minutes, we decided to head back, and took another 35 minutes walking back, with a stop in one store to get some gum. When we got back, we drew pictures for this one person who worked there, me and Conor drew pictures of his kittens, and they both came out good. We did random things until 4:30, when we left, then we hung around Conor's house, playing with the kittens and Dolly more, until I went home around 7:45. It was pretty fun.
Today, I woke up at about, 7:45...I think. I hadn't slept at all last night, a cold kept me awake, and unable to breath through my nose. Anywho, at 8:15, I get a call from, who else? Conor. He had talked about going to the library with his mother again, but it ended up the we didn't. Instead, Jim, his stepdad (who's an a*****e) said hed drive us to the library. We did go, and Conor checked out 11 books in my name! I checked out 5, which made 16 books! If any of his are overdue, he's paying for them.
