Yes, the title is a bit interesting, I know. But It's really late right now. I'm tired, and I titled this entry after something i saw. Right now, my television is set to the dopplar radar that's either on the weather channel, or some channel i know nothing about.
Let's go with the latter. razz
So, i suppose if I'm going to type up a journal entry, i should at least put some stuff in here... Hm... Let's see here...
I have a 10-page paper that I need to work on. I don't have to work on the paper right now, but I do have to get 6 pages (at least) of notes. What does this paper have to be about? A current event. I decided to choose Obama wanting (and suggesting?) that the school year be lengthened in America so students can succeed more and do better.
I kinda agree with the idea, or rather, I agree with the ideal. American students are far behind compared to those in other nations. It has been proven time and again that, when tested, American students score (on average) lower than students of other nations like Germany or Japan.
I wonder if anyone has ever pointed out that this is only on average? Some students do really well. Others do not. There are reasons for this, and those reasons need to be looked into and acted upon. So maybe that should be the solution!
I don't know. I'm not the president. Maybe I'll run someday. Would anyone vote for me? Probably not. XD
Eh. I know that I have had longer journal entries, but I'm going to cut this one off here. No need to babble on (senselessly) at this point. I'm tired. Maybe I'll go to bed? Maybe I'll finish that darn puzzle on Jigsaw. Note to self: NEVER work on that one again! Especially on Insane level! xD
