My weight loss journey
This is a Journal of my journey to finally try to lose some weight, it's very personal and like a dairy of my path.
Day 3 - 3 April 2019
Day 3:
Had a banana for breakfast, totally forgot about my sandwish so I saved it for tomorrow.
Lunch I bought some SWEBAR crunshy caramel low suger protine bar. I tasted okay much better than a shake atleast.
With work I walked totally 6 km which felt really good.
I had a sandwich with alots of nuts in it as something to fill my belly cuz the dinner would be late.
Dinner was salmon with rice and some red sauce my mom made. (Mom makes dinner to help me and my bf)
I had two pieces of candy that's it.





Day 2 - 2 april 2019
Day 2 - Got to work nothing out of the ordinary. Eat two fullcorn sandwiches for breakfast. At lunch I tried to drink the shake fast, the powder feeling when you swallow it was so nasty I almost puked. So I told my bf I need to get me some diet bars instead cuz the shakes, I wont make it with them. He said it was okay and I odered some bar called goodlife with low suger. Gonna start eating those when they come to my house by mail.

I drank more water today so that was good. Got home ate some chicken stew and rice. Mom gave me a icecream but that was the unheatlty I ate the whole day. I did not take my vitamin pills today cuz I forgot them.

The workout today was stacking wood in our basement for the heater to the house. My back hurt.





Day 1 - 1 april 2019
Day 1:
So I got to work had two fullcorn sandwishes with some chicken on them. For lunch I had a Allévo Banana & Raspberry powder shake. It smelled good and the zip I took was good too. But after I started drinking it I felt the powder in the shake, it was not as nice. After 1hour I took it I felt really hungry, my bf told me "drink more, the sceret is to drink more water so you dont feel hungry." So I did. around 3pm I was really hungry and couldn't wait to get home to eat some dinner. The dinner was spagetti and meat sauce, I took a small bowl but I really wanted to take more cuz I was so hungry. So after 1 hour I took 3 hard bread with little butter on just to get something more in me. I felt sick like throwing up but when I drank a zip of water the feeling disappeared.

The none eating candy backfired, I took some cadies today and it felt good. I am mad at myself for doing so but it was not alot but still. I have to do better.

I didn't do any workouts this day cuz I felt weird with this shake ect. But I said to myself I needed to do it tomorrow.





The plan - The first step
Hi, so how to start this...
Well I have tried to workout and tried to eat healthy but it's just not for me. But this time I really wanted to change my body cuz I am not happy with it. So this will be like my dairy of my weight loss. I have little scoliosis so this training/workout will help my backproblems too.

Back story:
I started working on a new job 2018 and before that job I weight around 100kg. I play alot of games so its alot of sitting by the pc most of the time. But this job made me walk alot cuz its a outside job and I started in the summer. I lost around 15 kg but then winter came and I couldn't be outside and work as much so it became alot of sitting inside at the office. So I went from 85kg to 95,5kg where I am today.
So I made up a plan.

My workout plan:
I didn't want to start hard the first thing I do cuz then I will quit, been there and done that many times before. This time I decided to start small. Eat less and small and short workouts. So I can eat what I want but still be little fit. My dream weight is around 65-70kg and to have a flatter stomach.

Food: I eat smaller portions, eat fullcorn pasta, brown bread. For lunch on workdays I eat diet powder food and for dinner and breakfast its normal food. Weekends are normal food too. Candies, chips and soda are for weekends ONLY. If I get a need to have suger I am allowed to have one glas of jucie.
Workout: Everyday I will take a small walk and do the plank for 2 min. Plus the walks I do at work will be a bonus workout.
Walks is to build my fitness so I am not as tired plus it helps my back and the plank to build muscels in my stomach and back.

This is the start on the plan, it will evolve the more I can handle and IF this works out for me.
