Day 3:
Had a banana for breakfast, totally forgot about my sandwish so I saved it for tomorrow.
Lunch I bought some SWEBAR crunshy caramel low suger protine bar. I tasted okay much better than a shake atleast.
With work I walked totally 6 km which felt really good.
I had a sandwich with alots of nuts in it as something to fill my belly cuz the dinner would be late.
Dinner was salmon with rice and some red sauce my mom made. (Mom makes dinner to help me and my bf)
I had two pieces of candy that's it.
