Story continued...

So...growing up life was easy. When you're the son of a king of a village that doesn't question royalty, well...you can do whatever you want. Heh, and I did. I often stole fruit from village vendors, but they would only smile and nod and say, "a pleasure to serve you Prince Nanashi!". That made me scowl. So I rebelled a lot. Running away deep into Samnaari forests and swamps was a habit. Of course, in a Hunter village, someone always knew where someone else was. By the time I was 3 I had seen 5 square miles around the outside of the village borders. It became more than just an escape from father and the ways of royalty, it was a method of discovery. I couldn't help but like the outside world. So unrestricted, so free of obligation. At the age of 4 as per tradition it was time to begin training in physical combat and discovery of Hunter Talents. I learned several punches and kicks, and was disciplined in martial arts for 5 brutal years straight. Half the normal sleep, a quarter of normal food intake, and ten times the training.
