Lost for Answers

Sweet dreams shattered by nightmares, enshrouded by darkness
Night mares forever engaged in battle, forever found dreamless

Look for unknown answers, searching for years on end
Never knowing if the answers will be found, time bends

Simple word never spoken, slowly damaging the mind
Sometimes the world seems to be anything but kind

People lost in the world of wonders, looking for answers
Stuck on a ship only to stay in one place, held by anchors

Minds slowly bending, slowly combining into one
Fearing everything of the unkown, no more fun

Looking all over for the answers, I'm getting closer
Getting a feeling an answer, my brain like a rollercoaster

Keeping me away from the answers, the world goes on
I thought the answers were right infront of me, continue on

Unknowingly, I continue to walk to the answer, the cure
I know that I will make it to the end, with my heart so pure

Open the doors, and enter the truth unknown to man
Look inside the room of nothingness, use only your hand

It is the key to unlock the answers, find out what is real
Grasp for the open truth now run to the door, that wasnt the deal

Out comes the darkness, deminishing the light
Back to where you started, but now is it alright

Determine what is real now, your heart is lost
Find out what is right at any of all costs

Now you know, everything you've needed came to you
What I told you, you now know my words were true

Single minded people, slip off into the night
Sinking into the water, deminishing your sight
