Kurai smiles. “Alright, let’s get this started. I need you to have a clear mind Ada. Just clear your thoughts. Alright?”
Ada nods closing her eyes. She then shakes her head. “Not possible.”
Kurai just sits there. “What do you mean?”
“You can’t just think nothin’, yer always thinkin’ somethin’.”
Kurai chuckles. “Alright fine, you win. Just… relax and be calm. Then, I want you to focus all of your strength into your foot, and then stomp the ground.”
Ada nods and then looks straight ahead. She then picks her foot up, and very violently hits the ground with it. “How’s that?”
Kurai shrugs. “It proved my point…”
“You where tryin’ to prove a point?”
“You cannot control your inner power can you?”
“Um… what part of, I’m from someplace totally different, don’t ya get?”
Kurai nods. “I’m sorry… It’s just now we have to start from scratch.”
“Um… is that bad?” Ada asks him standing up straight.
Kurai shrugs. “I suppose not, just means more work.”
“If it helps, I worked out at home.”
Kurai chuckles. “Maybe. Alright.” He says putting down a glass of water. “I want you to vibrate the water.”
Ada then goes to hit the table, but is stoped by Kurai’s hand. “With you inner power.” He told her sternly.
“And how the heck ‘em I s’posed ta do that?” She ask stand up straight with her hands on her hips.
“Focus as much thought as you can into you hands, if you hands feel hot, only then can you put them on each side of the cup. The glass should bust if you are an earth type.”
“Another way to tell huh?”
“I suppose you could say that.”
Ada sighs and sits down on the ground. Kurai does the same, only in a chair.
Around fifteen minutes later, Kurai had gotten up, went in side, and back out. Ada was in the same position in the same thought and everything. She then puts her hands on each side of the cup. Kurai stands up, wandering if this is it. The cup then suddenly breaks, not shattering either, just collapsing really.
Kurai stands up. “That’s fantasic!” He said standing her up by her hands. “That’’s wanderfull! You have so much control! It’s unbelive able!”
Ada, while being shaken around kindof just is sitting there. “That’s impossible… I did that!?”
Kurai nods. “Yes! You did!”
Ada smiles. “ALRIGHT!”
Kurai then sits down. “I’ll have to sit down befor I overload.”
Ada just sits there. “Over load?”
“Well… to be honest. I didn’t think you would be able to do that.”
“Gee. Thank ya so much for the boost of confedence.”
Kurai shakes his head. “No… Nothing there, that you broke, was earth related…
“And?”
“It means that you have wonderful control of your power! For Megumi, it was a cloud that she had to make rain. For me, it was a fish I had to keep from dieing, outside of the water. For you, it should have been a rock that you had to crush into dust with your mind. But you did it with water! Your opposite!”
“Um… cool?”
“That’s wonderful!”
“I get it! I get it.”
“Why aren’t you ecxited?”
“Because…. I’m still waitin’ to wake up.”
“What?”
“I’m still tryin’ to wake from my dream. This all has to be a dream I’m havin’… it can’t be real.”
Kurai stands up walking over to her. “I understand that you are lonely… but… You have a most wonderus gift. And… I would hate to see you throw it aside for something as silly as a dream.”
Ada looks at him. “It’s not just a silly dream!”
Kurai looks confused at this point.
“This place is wonderful! I love it here! But what about my Uncle? Or my siblin’s that I have to see every Christmas? What about them? Where are they? Why hasn’t my Uncle shown up? What the heck is goin’ on!?!”
Kurai looks down. “You miss them, don’t you?”
Ada looks at the ground as well. “Just my Uncle. I could care less if I ever seen any of the others ever again.”
“Well….” He says looking at her. “I’ll help you find them.”
“What?”
“I’ll help you find your way home… But you have to be able to control your powers, or it could get ugly real quick.”
“Really?!”
“Yes…”
“THANK YOU!!” Ada yelled as she tackled him to the ground.
Kurai hits the ground. “Whoa! Your welcome…” He said shocked. He was amazed at the fact that she was so… outgoing. Nobody, besides Megumi, would tackle him so hard, and to the ground.
She stands up. “Let’s do it! Come on!” She demanded pulling him up off of the ground.
“Whoa…” He said just standing there. “Nice pick up… I suppose.”
She smiles. “What’s next? Come on!”
“Okay… are you ready?”
