Ada slowly opens her eyes looking around at the scenery. She then winces in pain as she grabs her ribs and looks over as some VERY tall person is in the kitchen kneeling down in the fridge looking for food, or so it seemed. “Who the heck are you?” Ada asks the figure while still holding her ribcage.
The tall figure looks over at her and then pops his head out of the darkness to revel a very care free, and non-sorrowful face. “Hello?”
Ada blinks. “That’s what I said.”
The figure glares. “Are you mimicking me?”
Ada tilts her head to the side. “Wha?”
The figure walks all the way into the light; Ada now has a clear view.
He seemed to be about six foot nine inches from where she was laying. His hair is white and stuck straight up but yet is still slanted backwards a bit. His eyes are deadly red in color, but have the look that he wouldn’t harm a fly. His clothing are that similar to a ninja, but different in a weird freak of nature way.
On his upper body is a white tank top, and on his lower body is a pair of tie up shoes and a pair of white pants that are a lot like Aladdin’s pants. They puffed up at his shoes and stayed like that until about his waist where his pants met a black tie belt that had melt endings. The belt hangs at the side of his pants. His pants oddly have pockets, Ada wasn’t really sure how. On his body all over, is a black bodysuit. That would be the ‘weird’ part of his outfit. She figured there was a reason for the madness of this odd boy, but she wasn’t sure. She also wasn’t sure if it was a man or a boy. Over his face is a red scarf that she assumed went down onto his neck when he ate. But as he took a bite out of the apple that he had retrieved from the fridge, she saw that the apple went through the scarf as if the scarf where transparent. He has on his hands gloves. They have what seems to be a ring of cloth around his middle finger that connected the two pieces of cloth that is on the top of his hand and the bottom of it. The cloth is only visible up to his wrist, then what looks like buckles was all the way up to his elbow.
“You said,” Said Kurai as he walked out of his room and into the living room with his head tilted down in thought as Megumi followed him. “That we didn’t have to pay you, or tell you anything if we let you eat our food.”
The boy turns around taking another bite out of the apple. “Yeah…. Why?”
“Well….” Kurai said looking up from what Ada could now tell was a piece of paper that he was looking at. “You’re sure that you can keep away the PRF off of our tail?”
The boy nods. “Yeah, I’m sure.”
Kurai shrugs. “Why not….. It’s worth a shot.”
The boy stands up tossing the apple into the garbage can. “Trust me. When they see that it is I, They shall run.”
Megumi starts walking towards her room. “Well, were screwed.”
Kurai glares back at her. “Be nice.”
Ada looks at Kurai. “What the heck is this thing?” She was referring to the tall boy.
The boy walks out of the room with a large smile across is face, not like you could see it though.
Kurai looks at Ada. “Well,” He says walking over to her and moving her hand away from her rib cage starting to feel her ribs. “He’s a man that I saw in town that had an add up as a house guard. You don’t find a lot of those, so I decided to say yes…. As in hire him.”
Ada watches the Boy walk out. “What the heck’s his name?”
“He says that it is Chipp Zin. Don’t know why he would want to house sit, with the PRF everywhere and all.”
Ada looks at him oddly. “The what?”
“Power Refining Force?”
“Oh yeah. I fergot. Sorry.”
“It’s fine.”
Megumi walks out of her room looking around. “Is it gone?”
Kurai looks over at her along with Ada. “He went outside.” Kurai told her bluntly as Megumi walks out of her room.
“I don’t want him looking at me for to long.”
Kurai and Ada both blink. “Why?” They both ask.
Megumi looks at them both and sighs. “You’re kidding.” She said bluntly and with her hands on her hips. “You didn’t notice?”
Kurai and Ada look at each other, then at Megumi. “No…” they both said bluntly.
“What was I s’poused to notice?” Ada asks Megumi confused.
Megumi sighs. “He was checking me out!”
Ada and Kurai both just sit there for a moment, then look at each other and bust out laughing.
Megumi gets a -.- face. “What’s wrong with being checked out? Why are you guys laughing!? I don’t see what’s so funny!”
Ada holds her ribcage while Kurai is holding his stomach. He stands up putting his arms on Ada’s shoulders. “There is no way that an idiot like that is checking you out. Either you like him and are making this up, or you’re… well, disparate for attention.”
Ada looks over at Kurai and nods. “That’s what I was gonna say.”
Megumi glares at him. “I’m over that phase of my life Big Brother.”
Kurai nods sitting down and starting to heal Ada’s rib cage again. “Okay, whatever you say Little Sister.”
Megumi stomps her foot. “You only say that when you don’t believe me! You’re so mean Big Brother!”
Kurai nods. “Yes, this I know.”
Ada sighs. “Thanks for the laugh thou Meg.”
“You’re both rude!” Megumi said slamming the door shut behind her as she went into her room.
Kurai looks at Ada. “How are you feeling?”
“I feel fine. I wanna go outside and train thou. Ya ain’t gonna let me are ya?”
Kurai nods. “You may, just take it easy and try to use only your hands so that you don’t injure yourself any farther. Alright?”
Ada rolls her eyes. “Yes ‘Sensei’.”
Kurai titles his head to the side. “Excuse me?”
Ada shakes her head standing up. “It’s nothing.” She stretches and walks over to the door. “I’m goin’ out now.”
Kurai nods. “Alright.”
Ada then walks out shutting the door.
