I'm a creature of comfort. Your typical Taurus, really. I like good food and lots of fine things, but I can't afford any of them. A taste for the exquisite, and delusions of grandeur are a dngerous thing in a woman who's a stay-at-home mother. I want expensive things but don't actually earn any of the money I have.
Of course all these VH1 tv shows don't help. Looking at what Paris Hilton furnishes her mansion with just crreates unrest, I'd say. The hardest lesson I've ever learned, and by the sound of it, STILL have to learn is to be grateful for the blessings I have. Why is it so fricking hard to realize I have a plethora of Freinds, a loving husband, and a baby who thinks I created the sun and moon and stars above!
Good grief. It kind of reminds me of the classic ending line from "Now Voyage" (a really great Bette Davis movie)
"Don't lets ask for the moon, we have the stars."
