I'm angry, grr. D:< But I don't know why, wah. D:>
Just been mad at the world, lately!~ Rah.
But I do feel most angry when I talk with the other moderators on Magivolve. I think it's more of worry leading into frustration, but whatever. D: I just worry about how they handle what's reported to them, and how they deal with everything. Are they too soft? Are they too strict? Do they BAN BAN BAN, or do they let everything slide? This hasn't been much of a worry at all, untill lately. I saw a moderator playing favorites. D; Just blatantly, out in the open. But I didn't notice untill it was too late, and there was nothing I could do but complain at a tree. Then later, I find this same moderator over-banning users, and not warning them before hand. Now, it could be a problem that I just take up with the one moderator, but then they've spread their over-banning advice to other newer moderators. I didn't notice any of this untill I received a question from a user wondering why they were banned, while their accomplise was un-banned. That's a huge worry to me. No user should be banned without clearly understanding why. And even though their bans were being discussed in the staff forum, I couldn't figure out what was going on, and why someone doesn't have access to their account anymore.
gonk I don't like seeing this happen. Being banned, even if only for a few days, is a really big deal. But I see them talking about it like that's the first thing you do when someone messes up. It's not. You send out a few warnings first.
*sigh* I know I'm not the only one that thinks like this. But it really feels like it sometimes.
