I’m turning things around in my life now
Starting at about 120lbs
I’m going to do cardio and strength exercises as frequently as I can; on my days off I will do 20 min cardio with blogilates. I will then do 30min of strength exercises with the WiiFit. Days I hang out with friends will be more activity based, like hiking, biking, walking around. I want to lose 20 pounds and regain my frame by next year. September 2018.
Next thing I will change: showing affection for Riley.
I will always tell him how much I love him. Arrange dates to see him and to go out and treat him. Not just on special days to remember but on random days too. I love him with all my heart, and remembering how much I missed him when he was away in Thailand made my heart ache. I want that young love again. I feel like we’ve grown too comfortable after seven years together. I want to show him I care and I listen.
I will also change what I eat, limit sweets, snacks, etc. go for chicken when I can. Drink lots of water and get on that tea kick. Not sure what I’ll do with my espresso machine, but maybe I can just go for nonfat milk or soy from now on? Who knows.
My goal is 100lbs. Lets go!!!!!!
