Meaning of Name If your name has some sort of meaning, explain.
Nicknames a name that your friends call you.
Famous Shinobi Name: a title you are known by to all who have heard of you
Theme: Is your character based off anything or inspired by something? Same as the one's before but theme is less about roleplay and more about aethetics
Gender Female, Male, Other?
Age Obvious, age of the character. Make it reasonable. Genin should be fairly young, jounin and kage should be at an age of maturity
Birthday Day of the year you were born. This will be useful for aging.
Physical Description Include any details you like that aren't mentioned below here.
Height Please feature both inches (6'2" ) and centimeters (cm)
Weight List actual weight (lbs) and kilograms (kg) or simply put "heavy set," "thin," etc.
Markings Tattoos, scars, curse marks, etc.
Common Clothing Anything not seen in a picture..or if something in your picture is not included.
Job If your character has an occupation not related to being a shinobi, list it. Could be a blacksmith, or a baker, etc. See the jobs thread
Status If you are thought to be deceased, put that. If your whereabouts are meant to be unknown put that.

Clan Name Name of your clan, or just put N/A
Kekkei Genkai, Stage Obtained Name of your kekkei genkai, followed by a comma, then say which stage your character currently has. If he/she has a kekkei genkai but no stage has been obtained yet, put something like unawakened.
Known Chakra Elements Only put the chakra elements in which your character has awakened (i.e. can use). You may start with a number of elements based on your rank E/D- 1, C- 2, B or higher- 3. If you have sensory ninjutsu, that takes the slot of one of your basic elements (e.g. if you can sense chakra or use your own sense of smell to track. This does not apply to canon clans and some custom clans). This also applies to puppetry. So, the elements you may choose from are: -Lightning -Fire -Water -Earth -Wind -Sensory -Puppetry
District/Village: The districts are based on the 5 shinobi villages that comprise them. If your character is a missing-nin, still include this information.
Rank, Title Rank is a letter (A-E and S) that indicates your approximate level of danger or aptitude. Title is jounin, genin, missing-nin, etc.
Special Skills These should be skills related to being a shinobi
Known Affiliations Specific people are organizations or villages your character is affiliated with
Dominant Jutsu Types If your character knows a lot of techniques in a certain jutsu type (ninjutsu, wind ninjutsu, genjutsu, etc.) put it here.
Favored Jutsu You cannot start with these, but when you gain them, list them here. see here for more info.
Intelligence Pretty self-explanatory. Don't give an IQ score or anything, but simply mention how intelligent your character is.
Fighting Tendencies If your character tends to fight a certain range, mention that. If they focus on speed, mention that. Etc.
Dreams What does your character aspire to? What plans do they have for the future?

Mental Conditions Split personality, Alzheimer, etc.

Total Jutsu Points: Counts up how many jutsu points your character has by giving the rank of each technique a specific number. E: 1. D: 2. C: 3. B: 4. A: 5. S: 7. SS:9 What you get when you add them all up equals the amount of jutsu points your character has. If you would like someone to do this for you, just leave it blank.
Emeralds: This is currency. See the jobs thread in come here first. You will get emeralds from missions and get a few at the started each season.

If you are a gennin or higher, you get the 6 points jutsu for free (they don't cost jutsu points or count towards your total). There are specific jutsu you have to choose from so, see the academy jutsu thread.
