So... I was slipping in and out of consciousness for days, and I guess the elves under my command all came to me to protect me.
Well... most of them...
Those stupid, ignorant, self-absorbed, ungrateful high elves trailed off until there were only three left with me, one of which was only there because his friends convinced him that there would be a reward.
There were a couple attacks from various things, but working together, wood elves archers and dark elf swordsmen are nearly unstoppable.
Once I had fully recovered, I--working with the remaining mages--teleported the giants away from their mountain onto the duplicate mountain I created. As it turned out, all went as planned. It was extremely easy to whipe memories of the teleportation from their weak minds, so they thought they stayed in the same place. They adapted to the new place without realizing the change. And the dwarves and wolves were no longer bothered by them.
So we went to the dwarves, as Kyaithe wished, and told them what happened. They responded with celebration, and all of the elves who participated in my quest were there. Well... except for one high elf who absolutely couldn't stand dwarves... racist BLEEPing (I'm gonna cut off my rant before it gets out of hand. sweatdrop )
Anyway... the other two remaining high elves only stayed because I promised a rich reward, but I could tell they were nearly as racist as the other guy...
At one point Kyaithe came to me and said "Now I know I can trust your leadership. From now on, I swear to do whatever you ask." (Which he should've sworn as soon as I became the Guardian, but I understand his point of view.)
