The Museum of tolerance.
Today, my law class went on a feild trip to The Museum of tolerance, which mostly discusses about the Holocaust and Tolerance( as in issues of prejudice in everyday life and alot of other stuff) The main things I learned from our trip is to watch what I say because it could make a diferance, to not be a bystander, and that one person can make a diferance. It...sorta changed me, as stupid as it sounds. I dont know why some people think that this museum is "brain washing" kids and people. If they were mature enough, they'd understand that this is not trying to brain wash them, but to educate them on stuff they should know about and change themself to be a better person, not only for themselfs, but for other people! This museum makes you really THINK, which is what allot of people arnt doing now-a-days. And I mean "think" as in "Am I doing the right thing?" "who will I be affecting if I do this?" Its located in LA, California. If you visit SoCal, Then this is a place you should go. Also, i we were lucky enough to meet a Holocaust survivor. So I really hope you stop by over there, its really nicely made~!!!
