talking to my parents
what are the things that concern you the most? mom and dad ask me this every time i climb up on our roof top. today after service, i ate my third meal of the day, dusted my books and organized them.cleaning off the dust from books and looking through some of them i came across this fortune teller that had this old english L on it. funny little item because it was from a dear friend. i took it with me up on the roof top after i dusted and cleaned the books. i started reading this little thing giving me so much scenes from the past. mom comes into my roof and calls me from my room asking me "what's up". told her that i miss a lot of people from home. she just told me to work harder at everything you do so that when i see them again i wont be completely the same as my old self but just a better person. she told me to hold your head up and finish school, well she is my mom. she left leaving tea on my desk. peach tea..delicious.
**i put the fortune teller in a scrapbook of memories so i can show someone someday that theyre not just a memory
