When you looked at the fireworks tonight, what did they remind you?

Well, the tiny specks of colorful light flickering across the sky might not really bring back one's memories of the past, but, somehow, just by looking at them, I felt as if I saw everything that happened within the three hundred sixty five days of my 2010.

I can't really explain the phenomenon urging inside of me as I stared up in the sky in awe, but I can tell that my memories where just like that of the fireworks exploding in the sky--amazing and simply beautiful. And the smoke that comes after the display are just like the wonderful memories that have yet to come this 2011.

Though maybe none of my friends (Gaia Online friends included) would EVER see this, I want to address this message to them:

Thank you... thank you all for being part of my 2010. Yes, there were roads that go left and right; there were winds that keep us high above the clouds and there were anchors that keep our feet on the ground; there were those who left and those who stayed; there were moments that made you want to laugh so hard, your stomach hurts, and there were moments that made you want to cry your eyes out--but, can't you see? Because of the challenges, the events that had taken place within the span of one year, we all had learned something from one another--something old, something new and something out of the blue. And, before we had known it, we became connected somehow.

I don't know about you guys, but, as a friend of mine once said: "My 2010 wouldn't be complete without [all of] you."
