I want to travel the world
Sharing Your love with the people
Giving healing to the brokenhearted
Food to the poor
But I need You to open the door
An watch my spirit soar
As Your glory invades.
Brokenness on every face
They feel beyond Your reach
Beyond the touch of grace
Life has been stolen from them
So life I will show them
Life You will give them
To the children I will teach
To the adults I will show they are not condemned
To the people I will give love
Your love is what they need.
Each country a purpose
A unique plan in every city
Your precious treasure awaits
Lying broken and dead
Hearts are crying out to be loved
For the world has told them
That they’re beyond reach
They’re beyond love
Don’t your hearts break for them too?
Uganda there’s children
Without mother’s and father’s
Can’t afford to go to school
Mexico kids don’t have toys
People doing drugs to find their escape
Rising up in violence is all that they know
All over the world
They just want to be loved.
Brokenness on every face
They feel beyond Your reach
Beyond the touch of grace
Life has been stolen from them
So life I will show them
Life You will give them
To the children I will teach
To the adults I will show they are not condemned
To the people I will give love
Your love is what they need.
Wa Abato Omukisa
Bless the children
Why have we hardened our hearts?
Someone has to reach them
And if we don’t then who will?
Risk it all to see them loved
Leave it all behind
To see the blind see
The lame walk
And shame erased
To see His glory and His love
For His love is what they need.
Brokenness on every face
They feel beyond Your reach
Beyond the touch of grace
Life has been stolen from them
So life I will show them
Life You will give them
To the children I will teach
To the adults I will show they are not condemned
To the people I will give love
Your love is what they need.
I have looked into their eyes
Seen the shame and the pain
To know that someone knows their name
That someone loves them
Is all that they need
Why aren’t we reaching out?
Doing what we can to help them.
A dollar
A quarter
A dime
A nickel
Even a penny
Show them they’re not beyond reach.
I want to travel the world
Wherever You lead me
To see Your glory revealed
And Your children rise up
Wa Abato Omukisa
I want to help them somehow someway
Let not our hearts become hardened
Keep our hearts like clay
Even all you can do is pray…
Brokenness on every face
They feel beyond Your reach
Beyond the touch of grace
Life has been stolen from them
So life I will show them
Life You will give them
To the children I will teach
To the adults I will show they are not condemned
To the people I will give love
Your love is what they need.
What will it take?
Wa Abato Omukisa
Bless the children
Bless the people
Let them know someone cares…

Where I will post poems I write
I need more than just religion
Cause I'm religiously unmoved.
