Hey Everyone! Erika again!
Today, i had a Track Meet! It's where everyone from different schools compete in like different events like High Jump, Long Jump, 400m sprint etc etc.
Well i was going to wake up at 6 to go on the bus to our school. But i slept it :/ so i woke up at 8 and got there at 9. Luckily i made it just in time for my first event: Hurdles.
Hurdles was really fun! I came 2nd place ^^ I was really happy about that. Then i also had my other event. which was High Jump. Before the Track Meet, I failed at High jump during practice. I couldn't make it over 1.00m, which was probably the lowest it could possible get. But today, i made it to 1st place in my grade! I probably got first place because it was only three people in my grade haha! My friend, Naomi, was supposed to get first aswell, but the Track and Field people were bitches and made here 2nd.
I also had my final event, the 4x100m Relay! Here's the order we ran
1) Sarah (super fast!)
2) Naomi (also fast!)
3) Me (so-so biggrin )
4)Alicia (the supa-sprinter!)
We got first in our grade again!! I though the Track Meet would be a total bummer but it was great! Can't wait for next weeks! biggrin
