Markings/Tattoos: Though not often seen, Aylin has tattoos on both of her wrists. On the right is kanji for death and on the right is kanji for eternal life. On her cheek below her left eye is a scar that she never speaks openly about.
Occupation: Soldier of Squad 13.
Personality: Aylin tends to be a cheerful and positive person, but nothing over the top. Like many, she has her moments where she'll be glum for she has a bad habit of thinking about her past when she's alone. She's the kind of person who's willing to help others, no matter how aggravating they may get. She takes the saying 'patience is a virtue' to heart. Peaceful by nature, Aylin is also loyal to her Squad and committed to finishing everything she starts, even if it seems impossible to finish.
Around people she's meeting for the first time, Aylin will always be courteous and respectful to them, and very rarely will she belittle or look down upon anyone. Though, just because she's nice and forgiving, doesn't mean she will let people walk all over her. There are times when she's firm and very serious, especially when a given situation she's in is serious. She's is confident in herself and her abilities, but sometimes only trusts herself when it comes to certain tasks. And above all, Aylin will always be true and loyal to her friends and vows to protect them from harm and always lend a helping hand when they need it.

When releasing any of her Shikai, Aylin's zanpakuto spirit will not fall subject to anyone else's will but her own. Meaning her zanpakuto cannot be tampered with or taken away without Aylin's and Serenity's consent.
Shikai Ability #1: Suumai no Kurisutaru - Sheets of Crystal - When Aylin activates her first Shikai, four large sheets of crystal appear in a box around her. They are approximately ten feet in length and width. Two of them are completely transparent, the shine they give off being the only feature noticeable to the eye, while the remaining two are black and translucent. Though thin, these sheets are very difficult to penetrate for they are nearly indestructible. Seemingly, they act as a defense, but their primarily under the control of Aylin's will, making the use of these sheets very versatile.
With a simple touch of either of her blades, the walls will shatter into hundreds of shards. Aylin is able to shape these shards into various sizes ranging from two inches to twelve feet. Because they are crystal, the shards (and the sheets in general) have a high resistance to the elements as well, even sound waves.
Shikai Ability #2: Kanden Yoroi - Shock Armor - Aylin's second Shikai is useful in close range combat and if she's in a tight pinch and can't seem to create a distance between her and her opponent. Upon release and within a matter of moments, hundreds of black and white, diamond shaped crystals begin to hover and rotate about an inch above Aylin's skin to cover her entire body. The black shards hover on the left side of her body while the white shards hover over the right to correspond with the color of the katana in that particular hand. These shards are electrically charged and basically act as a loose armor to protect Aylin.
As logic would have it, if a person's hand, foot, sword, ect. were to strike Aylin's body while she was using her second Shikai, the shards would set off a compacted, but still strong blast of lightning through her attacker. The blast would knock the opponent back and they would suffer from heavy lightning and nerve damage which would cause disorientation and dysfunctional motor skills such as proper eye sight and coordination. Everything a victim of electrocution would suffer.
