It's kind of stupid how packed my schedule is. Dx *just finished frantically doing homework*
I was taken out of school early today to be given my retainer. No, I didn't have braces, I just have a unique dental history. It's only for my lower jaw. But, it's giving me a really bad lisp. D: It's really embarrasing, I can hardly say anything without sounding like my mouth is full of cotton. All those years of work to get rid of my speech impediment, and now all these years of speech impediment to fix my teeth. D: And then I get braces.
Ooch. What an uncomfortable retainer. > __o
Went to the Mall today for Girlscouts, shopping for clothes for the less fortunate. It was alright, I got to pick out some really cute baby clothes. :3 With dinosaurs! Rawr~
Then went to Dairy Queen to... Buy icecream with my troup. xD And from there my mum picked me up to drive back to the Mall. B: We picked out a dress for my piano recital Wednesday. My mum was in the Mall earlier today during her lunch break, and even she couldn't find a nice dress, so she was kind of stressing that I wouldn't find anything, since I'm so very picky. She got this great idea to check out Hot Topic, and I found this really cute black and white dress. @ 3@ Tried it on and bought it right away. Record time for me to pick out and buy a dress. <3 Ever.
Then came home and did alot of homework. And then got online past my bedtime. :D
Tomorrow will be busy as well. I have to do this drive thing for driver's Ed, then immediately go to Driver's Ed. I already know that in store for tomorrow there is alot of homework. D:
I'm kinda nervous about the whole driving thing. I've only driven once before, last Sunday in fact. It was in the Mall parking lot. @__@ Since it was a stick shift I was driving on, I kept stalling out. I really only had trouble getting moving. I can't feel the gas pedal under my foot at all, so I'll keep pressing down to find it so that I can rest my foot on it while I let off the clutch, but by the time I realize where the gas pedal is in relation to the bottom of my foot, the car goes "WHRRRMMMM-Kachunka-chunk" and I'm screwed. xD Doesn't help that the pedal is so sensitive... I swear you could drop a feather on it and go 80mph. D: I can turn and shift gears and stop all well enough (And even go straight! C: ), I just can't go.
Solike... I hope I get an automatic tomorrow. B:
