Character Name: Usagi Tsukino
Alias: Eternal Sailor Moon, Neo Queen Serenity, Princess Serenity
History: After defeating Galaxia and returning life on Earth back to normal, Usagi urged Mamoru to go back to America to finish what he was supposed to do. Meanwhile, she spent the year living her dream of being a normal girl. She went to school, hung out with her friends, went to the arcade, gawked at boys (though her fidelity never wavered), and of course, ate lots of sweets. As far as everyone was concerned, Usagi Tsukino was now an ordinary girl with ordinary dreams.
But one day, six months ago, hell seemed to break loose and seemingly in a blink of an eye, almost everything she loved was gone. The Guardian Senshi were gone, the Outer Senshi were gone (sans Pluto). This took a toll on the usually cheerful Usagi's demeanor. She became a much more reserved, withdrawn person, but she still did not want to trouble anyone with her emotions. When Mamoru came back, she was still hesitant to disclose her emotions to even him.
However, Usagi is still Usagi; after Pluto gave her the information about the Old Ones and how to seal the evil that did this to her friends, Usagi leaped back into action. She buried her fears and sadness and was determined to set things right once again.
Henshin Form: Eternal Sailor Moon
Henshin Phrase: Eternal Moon Power! Make-up!
Powers:
○ Moon Tiara Action - Sailor Moon threw her tiara, which became a quickly rotating disc similar to a frisbee.
○ Supersonic Waves - Sailor Moon began to cry, which made her red odango covers emit supersonic waves which injured the enemy.
○ Moon Princess Halation - Sailor Moon used the Cutie Moon Rod to attack, though she now uses her Moon Power Tiare to do an upgraded version of this attack. It is essentially the same as her previous attack but more powerful. Also can be used in combination with Chibi Moon.
○ Rainbow Double Moon Heart Ache - Super Sailor Moon (Crisis Mode) used the Spiral Heart Moon Rod to attack, but now she uses her Moon Power Tiare to do a stronger version of this attack with Chibi Moon.
○ Moon Gorgeous Meditation - Super Sailor Moon used the Kaleidomoon Scope to attack. Like with the other attacks, she uses her newer item to perform this attack with Chibi Moon.
○ Double Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss - Eternal Sailor Moon used the Eternal Tiare to heal an opponent, now uses the Moon Power Tiare to do this with Chibi Moon.
○ Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss - Eternal Sailor Moon used the Moon Power Tiare to heal an opponent.
○ Silver Moon Beautiful Illumination - A new attack. Eternal Sailor Moon uses her Moon Power Tiare to attack. She draws an imaginary circle around herself with her staff while the attack charges and then points the end at the enemy. A holy beam of light is then fired at the opponent like a laser gun.
Other: Usagi still eats a lot. In fact, she eats more than ever to cope with losing her friends.
Role-play Sample: The morning was warm and inviting, but Usagi simply sat on the windowsill of her house, looking down at the streets below. The people bustled to and fro - to work, from home, to school, from the arcade - so unaware of the perils that faced their world. But she had become painfully aware of it in the last few months as she now sat alone most of her days with nothing to ponder but the possibility of Earth's destruction.
Somewhere deep down, Usagi couldn't help but feel as though it was unimportant now, whether or not everyone on this planet dies. The people she held dearest to her heart were now gone and she wasn't fully sure if they would ever come back. She remembered Pluto saying something about being able to revive them, but doubt plagued her mind constantly in a battle for control over her actions. She wanted to press on, but she wanted to give up as well. Usagi sighed and stood up, her blonde hair shimmering in the morning sun. But the movement didn't continue for long as she flopped onto her bed.
A little black cat walked into the room and sat beside her on her bed.
"Usagi, shouldn't you be going to class?" Luna asked, pawing her gently on the head.
"I don't feel like it. I'll go tomorrow."
"That's what you said yesterday...and the day before that...you'll fall behind if you don't get to class."
But Luna was met with silence as Usagi closed her eyes and snuggled up under her covers. It was much too warm for covers, but Usagi didn't care. She pulled the blankets over her head and muttered something about school not mattering right now. Luna sighed, worried about her princess...she hadn't seen her so depressed since Mamoru went to America and couldn't write back. In fact, that was perhaps the only time the black cat saw Usagi even close to this sort of hopelessness.
