She has the ability to convert photons (light) into physical blasts or beams of energy. Also, her horn has medicinal properties and. She can shave off some dust from it to create potions that can neutralize any poison and cure any wound. However, it cannot bring people back to life or heal mortal wounds. It also can't heal her own wounds. Because of her race, Lucia also has heightened agility and senses (especially sight and hearing) and the ability to transform into her true unicorn form.

[Biography]
Lucia grew up in the forests as the daughter of the chief, living a life of solitude with her tribe. Her tribe lived a "primitive" lifestyle, staying far away from "civilization" as they could. They disliked humans and were very distrusting of them, hating the way humans treated nature and the earth. Lucia was a rare little girl; she had no problem with humans but did dislike the way the worlds were becoming. She was an idealistic dreamer...her father called her a fool but her grandmother called her faithful. Her mother had no real feelings toward her daughter's aspirations and hopes and simply decided to see where her little daughter would go and support her either way. Lucia's family life and childhood was perfect, though her relationship with her father was often strained because of their different ideals. One day when Lucia was about ten years old, her father was lured by the humans with a pure virgin and killed for his horn and blood. They were all heartbroken, and Lucia swore to herself she'd never let that happen to her.
After that, Lucia made sure to stay far away from any sort of humans, slowly growing to dislike them along with her other tribe. However, one day she too was lured by a virgin and was captured by a human "king". But instead of killing her, he wanted her as a pet. She went along with it, but as soon as the virgin left, Lucia killed him and escaped. On her way home, she stumbled upon a group of people who were apparently sent to help protect the human world. She cautiously decided that she should volunteer her assistance...especially since amongst the group had to be one of the purest beings she'd had ever seen...
[Personality]
Unicorns are usually perceived as chaste, benevolent creatures...but what's usually left out is the ferociousness in them. Wild and untamed, these creatures were attracted to purity but would destroy anything that tried to pretend to be such. This true nature can be seen in Lucia's personality. She's a proud young woman, arrogant even, and refuses to go by others' rules. Feeling as though she's the epitome of beauty, goodness, and regality, Lucia is prim and proper, loving to take good care of herself and not wanting to get too dirty. In her free time, she can usually be found grooming herself and taking baths. To put it frankly, the girl is vain. She's proud of her body and appearance and believes no one can match her "perfection". Like all unicorns, Lucia is undeniably attracted to purity and thus tends to seem like a perfectionist. This attraction also leads her to seek after the most precious of items like metals, gems, fabric, etc. She seems materialistic and greedy, but its just her nature.
Through the years, Lucia managed to retain a childish innocence about her that one can't help but admire at times. She's not the type of person to let a few setbacks in her life bring her down; angst is waste, that's her motto. Her mother always taught her to leave the past behind her and let things go because they believe holding on to pain kills you from the inside out. So Lucia never holds a grudge, though she'll gladly exact some fun and spiteful revenge as payback; just to let people know she's no pushover. Flirty and free, Lucia is actually a mischievous little devil and sometimes seems to not only instigate fights but start them, even if she's the one that's fighting.
However, she has very little hatred in her heart and is willing to give anyone a chance. Despite her apparent immaturity and snobbishness, Lucia is capable of real love and care and often even selflessness. But the young woman is quick to anger and can seem almost beastly in her rage. She truly tries to work on it though, knowing that anger isn't a good way to solve any problems. Even so, Lucia is about as stubborn as a mule and can be unyielding and even bratty. She's quick to put on the pouty face and storm off into a corner when she can't get what she wants...only to return and try again.
