the age at which one is physchologically and physically ready to handle sex, or wants sex is not necessarily the same as the age at which one is ready psychologically or physically to handle children. Although the two may go together in terms of evolution and reproductive capacity, they may well not in the psyche of the individual person. I alsop think that just because things are set up one way in terms of the propagation of the species, doesn't always mean that will be the best way for the individual member of the species, even in terms of the health and wellbeing of that individual.
