Chapter 7- Life On The Road
Seo spat at the ground in front of the school. It was the first time in his short life he had ever been early. But he did not plan on staying. He started at the opening to the school and smirked. He'd been working all night to make this a reality.
He had drawn up the plans and constructed the equipment. He alone had set his plan into motion. It had taken 17 hours but every second would be worth it today. He would leave home and begin his quest for the position. Nobody would be able to stand in the way of the EX Rider..SEO!
Seo was at home. He did not plan to stay longer than a day, but for the moment, there was something he wanted to see. Seo turned on the television and changed to the news. "-And we're still getting reports about the mysterious explosion that has destroyed the school and everyone inside! Seo glanced at his watch and began laughing. 12:00 Noon. Everyone would be in the cafeteria eating their lunches when his bomb had gone off. Sadly for them...he'd planted it there to begin with. Seo sighed happily and grabbed his backpack. He'd packed it with a few days worth of supplies. Seo walked outside and looked at his house for the last time. He sighed. His face brightened as he remembered what he was fighting for and he took a cylinder out of his hoodie's pocket. Seo clicked a button on the top of the cylinder and tossed it towards his house. The detonator had been destroyed with the bomb.
Seo smiled as he walked away from the burning household. He knew, the fire would soon spread. The whole block, at the very least, would perish before school had let out. And nobody would ever suspect him, for he would be assumed burned to death in the house, lying next to his mother. He could not WAIT for the next challenger..
