something freaky happened. i was at costco, and i saw someone that made me more furious than normal, like more than i can easily surpress. while thats not unusual, what happened was. (a little more info smile when i get that mad, i can surpress it, but my abdominals tighten up and sometimes my biceps and triceps, and i cant stop thinking about wat made me angry, and i get a more than normal urge to destroy something (now heres the freaky part smile i realised i wasnt listning to my music, so i put on the headphones and it was playing the song stronger by Kayne West and Daft Punk (the only rap type song ive ever downloaded. got it after i watched the movie Never Back Down after i went to the special premier showing) and i started to think, why am i angry? what he did onlly made me stronger. then my muscles loosened up, but then started to try and tighten up again, and there was like a war in my head, about wether i should be angry or not, and my muscles tightend, lossened, my back muscles constricted a bit, my side muscles, my head started hurting, random muscles would try and tense up, and i started looking for any excuse to be angry, and i started to feel queasy. when the song was over, that slowly wore off, but i couldnt tell whether i was mad or not, and i started getting mad at random trivial things that i normally wouldnt care about. ive listned to that song before without anything happpening. i know this wasnt a siezure or anything, but, it was really freaky. i think i found a song that actually gets rid of immediate anger,but it was messing with my natural instincts to hold on to and use extreme anger.
