It was a cold winter day. However, the dinner was warm, full of life. Tyren sat alone, drinking a cup of coffee. He had moved into a small town, very different from his city home, and even more different from his palace home. He really wanted to move back into the palace, or the city, but he couldn't,
since Augitin didn't have a campus in the city, or the palace. His family told him he could move back on his tweenty-seventh birthday, but that was nine months away. Tyren payed the young waitress and left. He walked for a while in the snow covered street, looked at a few stores, even gave money to local
charities. He eventually got tird and decided to go home.

The next day, Tyren decided to spend his day at the park. He was sitting on a bench, when a horse drawn carriage came past. Tyren stared at it, and saw the most wonderful being ever. He had never seen a more beutiful girl ever. Then the carriage was gone. He sat alone once again. After a few
minutes of thinking, he desided to follow the carraige, he just hoped it wasn't to late. He ran with all his might after the carraige, but it was nowhere to be found. The young man walked home, wondering if he might ever get to see her again.

Tyren was in class the next day, when a new girl came. She was a shy, timid girl. Tyren really didn't pay attention, until the professor asked her to sit next to Tyren. Tyren suddenly felt mad, he didn't want a small, timid, brat next to him. He thought about the girl he saw the other day. His mind
couldn't be taken off of her. Tyren never found a girl he loved a much before. Maybe small towns were good for something. The weight beside him lifted. He looked at the girl and found out she was leaving, along with the rest of the class.

Three days later, he saw her again, she walked into the dinner Tyren was eating, looked around and left. Tyren got up, left a huge amount of cash on the table, enough for whatever his food costed, and left. After a bit of walking, and a bit of running, he finnaly caught up. However, when he did,
he had no idea of what to say. He tried thinking of something smart, but couldn't. He decided on just saying hi, but she was gone. He walked home, shoulders slumped, heart heavy.

The next day, at school, the akward girl finaly spoke to Tyren, which made him more mad. How could a dumb, unclassed girl manage to speak before it was too late, and he couldn't.

"So do you or do you not?" said the small thing.
"Uh, sorry, what was that?"
The girl looked at the floor, avoiding his eyes. "Never mind." She turned around and slumped in her chair.
Stupid, that's what she is, stupid. Thought Tyren.

That afternoon, Tyren went to a cafe, and there he saw the nice girl again. He battled his fear and walked over to her.
"Hi, umm......" Tyren didn't know what to say, he felt foolish.
"Oh, hi, I don't think we met before. My names Kelira, you can call me Kitty."
Tyren stared at her for a while before composing himself again. "Oh, ummm, Yeah."
"So whats your name?"
"Tyren!! My name is Tyren."
"Well, nice to meet you, Tyren." She winked at him, and left.
Tyren ran his hand through his hair. He smiled and walked back to his seat.

Days went by, then weeks, and Tyren continued to talk to Kitty. They enjoyed each others moments. They went to the cafe, not the diner, since Kitty said it was shabby. Tyren fell more in love with her everyday. However, he was always too nervouse to tell her. And so the cicle went on for a while.
Finally one day, while sitting on a hill, watching the moon, he told her. Her reaction, she gave him a kiss, and said she loved him too.

Months later, Tyren met Kitty at the cafe. She was crying.

"What's wrong?" Tyren said sympathetically.
"I want to visit my family for the holidays, but..."
"But what?"
"Nothing."
"No tell me."
She looked up. "I don't have enough for a ticket."
Tyren looked at the table. He sighed and spoke, "I'll give you what you need."
"No, you don't have to."
"Take it."
"I shouldn't."
He gave her the money, "It'll make me happy."
She smiled and kissed him, "Thank you."
"Anything for you."

The following week, in school, Tyren sat next to the girl, who tried to converse, but always failed terribly. He thought about Kitty all day long. He couldn't take his ind off her. He decided to visit her tonight, hoping she decided to leave later than what she said.
The girl spoke.

"Hey, umm...."
"What!?"
"...Nothing." She turned around and looked at the floor.
"You're a failure. Everyday you try and talk, but instead you just wind up making a fool of yourself. You might as well give up, because you'll never be good at talking, you idiotic shrew." Tyren shouted at the girl.
The girl started crying.
"Oh come on!!!"

That night, Tyren walked over to Kitty's house. He saw the porch light was on, so she must be home. We stopped and bought a boquet and candy, and then continued onward. He arrived at the door and was about to ring when he heard laughing. He looked through the window, trying not to be seen.
He saw kitty and a man who looked like he just fought a lion. Tyren heard what they were saying.

"...was make up a fake story about me wanting to visit my family, and he belived it."
"And he gave you the money?"
"Yeah, can you believe it. He was sure some stupid kid. A failure at live."
They were silent. Then Kitty spoke again, "Enough talking, my love. "
They started kissing passoinately.

Tyren walked home, feeling alone, lost, useless.

The follwoing day, in school, Tyren sat outside under a huge tree. He was thinking on how could he be so stupid. He was thinking of what was the use anymore, he failed. Then, someone sat next to him. He turned his wet eyes and saw it was the girl. She smiled sympatherically. Tyren didn't smile back.
The girl didn't talk, didn't ask what was the matter, all she did was sit there. After a while she finaly spoke, slowly.

"I know what you're going through,but-"
"You don't a a single thing of what I'm going through!!"
"Fine, I don't, but just remember, you have friends."
"Friends, what friends!?!? Do you see a single living soul here, being my friend?!?!"
She was silent, then she whispered, "I'm here."
"Tyren looked at her, and asked, in a harsh tone, "Don't you have any pride? I am cruel to you everyday, and yet you still try and talk to me. Why?"
She stared at him, and then at the floor, then at him, with sympathy in her eyes, "Because I love you, more than life itself."
Tyren stared at her, then brought his face closer to her, she didn't pull back when he kissed her.
The girl looked at him, with wet eyes, and smiled.
Tyren tried to speak through the knot in his throat, "And I you, And I you."

Tyren and the girl sat laughing in the Diner. The girl, whose name was Melani, was a simple girl, who loved to live as far from cities as possible. Tyren really started the whole idea of living far from cities, as long as he was with her, of course. Tyren Tried to visit her every waking moment. He had fallen
madly in love. He never stoped thinking about her. They both were learning things from each other. She had become less shy over the last nine months, and he happier. Tyren wanted to ask her hand in marriage, but he was afraid. Afraid that she might do the same Kitty did, afraid shed sat no.

Tyren walked to class, eager to see Melani. However, when Tyren arrived, she wasn't there. Must be late, Tyren thought. The whole class period went by, and she never showed up. After class, Tyren walked over to her dorm, and noticed that there were boxes outside. Melani came out carrying some boxes.
She looked up at him and tried to smile.

"You moving to another drom?" Tyren asked, even though he knew the answer.
"No, Im moving back to my home town, er- city."
"Tyren couldn't speak clearly, "Why?"
Melani looked at the floor "I'm going back with my parents, since the school year is over."
"But... can't you stay?!"
"I'd love to stay with you, but there is no reason. My parents want me bak, so they can care for me."
Tyren thought wildly, no reson? Tyren finaly fought his fear, droped to one knee, took out a ring and said in a confident tone, "Then let me give you a reason for staying. Melani, will you marry me?"
Melani started weeping, "Of course, Tyren, of course."

Three weeks later Tyren and Melani got married.
