Those final moments when there is no pain, only a deep, sad understanding, and the final realisation of "I'm dying." That's how it's always been for me. I constantly push myself to the edge and am constantly pulled back. But I long for the time where no one will be able to save me, where there will be no pain or fear, and no more Hollywood tragic events to rip me apart from inside. Just the final line, like in some new classic screenplay.
