Monkeys.
It was an odd beast. It looked vaguely like a human, but more natural. A great bowl of a muzzle on the front was a mouth. A swishing prehensile tail was an appendage to envy. As I watched it, the great simian picked an insect off itself
Its matted, slightly knotted fur was the only not totally beautiful part of it.
Llamas can't compare

Say something. Right now. Now listen. listen carefully as you say it again. You'll notice, Its a voice you should be very familiar with. Now stop and breath in a and out. Feel your mind. Dont clear your mind, let it run wild. Now that you have a bit of a better since of your feeling, try making you voice sound like that person. Notice something weird? You can't. What I realized today, Is that the body and self are not normally connected at all, we're just in a symbiotic relationship with your "body". I like to think of the body as a kind of mech-walker.
Go somewhere and look in a mirror. You'll be a bit surprised. Just think, That robotic shell, as nice as though it may be, is not you. I'm not particularly religious, in fact, Im almost a full atheist. So Im not calling you a soul or spirit. But really, Our mind, not brain, our mind is alike a little person controlling a giant robot. Or like a hard drive, if you want. YOU are the hard drive, not the monitor or computer. The hard drive can be wiped or somewhat replaced, But it starts off with near nil. The Monitor, Keyboard, and mouse show it things and add to the hard drive.
Dude. Cosmic.

I just finished realizing how meaningless our lives are. think about it. How many people are remembered from the Ice ages? And that was, cosmically, not that long ago. So what I've realized is that no one will remember you or me in sixty-thousand years. And nobody will remember Einstein's name in Sixty-Thousand Years. No one will remember Steve Irwin's name in sixty-thousand years. And you cant escape it.
But the one person who people might remember? Hitler. Einstein and Irwin and all those people made a difference in the world by doing good. But how long does making sure people and animals don't get hurt have an effect for? until the people it affected are no longer interested or around.
Let me start this next thought by saying I agree hitler was an evil man. But Just so, he was responsible for the death of hundred's of thousands! And that effects people forever. When you down the population, you have something to be remembered for. But all famous people now, What did they do? Help people. Make people happy. And how long does this last? a few generations at the most. How many people can say something about Copernicus that made them happy? And they didn't help the human race survive, they just made us a little happier for a little longer while doing we can survive.
The world has been around for 4.6 billion years. We live for 90 if we're lucky. 4,600,000,000 years. Thats 57,500,000 times longer than most people live. And the earth will be around for BILLIONS more years. And we're around for 80. I doubt anyone reading this will leave any more than a 50 year impact on more than 50 people. IF you died at 80. even less if you died at ninety. Either live long and have more people remember you, or live really long and remember others.
To sum up, no one will remember. you. The person reading this right now. 200 years? No one will remember. you. Will have been dust in the wind. by 2050, the population will be at 12 billion. By the time you die, it'll be over 20 billion. and your one. You wont make a long difference. YOu cant. Unless you want to be hated (hitler. Ghengis Kahn. The only people remembered are evil, and even they fade away). And thats why I'm slightly depressed

I found a new anime! Its called Death Note. Its an almost Goth kinda anime. But its very smart and raises lots of questions about morals we normally would be able to answer quickly. I really recommend checking it out. Soo...what else...
As you can see, I have a new dream avatar. A really great human being, 20 Shades of Crazy, donated this hat and some "Wicked Car Horns". Do what Gaara has commanded you to do... (see my signature).
Another recently acquired interest is Futurama. I've always liked it, but just started recording it. And now for somehting completely different*. Im going sorta half-emo (maybe), for reasons I–shockingly–would not even reveal to the hundreds of thousands of people that frequent gaia, as close to me as they all may be, ex dee. Im trying to make a very odd descision about that...The full emo hairstyle...or shorter, layered, and just below the eyes...?
dot dot dot.
Well TTYL er-body (in da house get tipsy ("no we...*yawn*...*thump*" wink )
Que
*if you got the mp reference, kudos.
