I'm losing my inspiration
Oh damn I'm filled with desperation
Poems of love and hate
Come forth and write my fate

Come closer enter my mind
Let my thoughts come out and unwind
Let them loose around my head
Let them sleep with me in bed

Let my thoughts be about that girl
That girl whose eyes and beauty make me twirl
Oh stars above help me control my state of mind
So my thoughts come back and intertwine

This love and hate inside my heart
Stop fighting over who gets what
For all your doing is tearing me apart
Not my heart not my bones not my skin
But everything I've got

My heart is yelling for some inspiration
For love to show up and for hate to go away
When my heart yells these things I know I'm not okay
But when I have you next to me we can make it through the day
