Here are some gender identity for some of you who's been either questioning or curious of what some people represent themselves as. Please know that there are some gender identity's I haven't covered yet, so please bear with me on that.
~D e f i n i t i o n - o f - g e n d e r s ~
Agender: a person with no/little connection to the traditional system of gender, no personal alignment with the concepts of either man or woman, and/or someone who sees themselves as existing without gender. Sometimes called gender neutrois, gender neutral, or genderless.
Bigender: a person who fluctuates between traditionally “woman” and “man” gender-based behavior and identities, identifying with both genders or third genders.
Cisgender: a person whose gender identity and biological sex assigned at birth align.
FtM / F2M; MtF / M2F: female-to-male transgender or transsexual person; male-to-female transgender or transsexual person.
Gender binary: the idea that there are only two genders and that every person is one of those two.
Gender fluid: a gender identity best described as a dynamic mix of boy and girl. They always feel like a mix of the two traditional genders, but may feel more man some days, and more woman other days.
Gender normative / gender straight: someone whose gender presentation, whether by nature or by choice, aligns with society’s gender-based expectations.
Queer: used as an umbrella term to describe individuals who don’t identify as straight. Also used to describe people who have a non-normative gender identity, or as a political affiliation.
Butch: person who identifies themselves as masculine, whether it be physically, mentally or emotionally.
Third gender: for a person who does not identify with either man or woman, but identifies with another gender.
Transgender: A person who lives as a member of a gender other than that assigned at birth based on anatomical sex.
