Feliciano walked home, almost falling over his own feet in exhaustion.
"M-man! Luddy <i>really</i> smoked me today! I don't understand what I did wrong. though! I just repainted his favorite cross to be stylish and cool!"
He thought the now bright pink cross went perfectly with his best friend's drab uniform.
"Ahh, I guess his sense of fashion isn't very strong...."
He almost made to the door when there was a very loud curse and it crashed open, hitting him in the nose.
The boy clutched his now bleeding nose and began to cry loudly. "WHAAAH THAT HUURRRT!!! WAH WAH WAAAAH LUDWIIIGGG!!!" It had become a habit for him to call on his big friend, even when he wasn't around.
"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE, ANTONIO YOU STUPID BA*****!!!!" Feliciano's older brother, Lovino, screamed as their spanish friend casually strolled out the door. "Dios mio, I dunno why you care so much when I touch your curl..." He saw Feliciano crying and ran to his side, pulling a handkercheif out of his pocket.
"Oi, Feli?! Are you alright?!" He stuck his tongue out at the blustering Italian behind him. "Lovi, look what you did to your hermano!!!"
Lovino looked at his little brother then quickly turned his head. "Idiot! You shouldn't stand in front of doors...."
"Lovino!!! You need to apologize."
Antonio's look became serious as he watched Lovino. The boy didn't budge and merely stared at the pavement. Finally the spaniard sighed. "I could've sworn I raised you better."
"DA****!!! JUST SHUTTUP!!!" The italian ran into the house trying to hide his tears.
Feliciano was holding his nose as he said to Antonio in a more nasal voice then usual "A-antonio? Why did you make him cry like that?"
The man sighed and smiled at him. "I'm sure you'll see one day."

Lovino slammed the door to his room. He sat and leaned back on it, trying to hold back fresh tears. <i>Why did this always happen?! He never meant to hurt his little brother. Yet he always managed to be a bother...</i>
There was a light tap on the door and Lovino jumped.
"L-lovi...?"
He wanted to let his brother in, to say that he was sorry, but he was afraid that he would look weak.
"G-go away, fratello."
"B-but-"
"I SAID GO AWAY!!"
Lovi stood there and listened as his brother sniffled and walked away.
"I'm sorry..." He whispered quietly into the wooden door.

Outside of the door, Feliciano smiled and actually began to walk away. He had pretended to cry and walk away, but really he was standing there, listening to his big brother. Maybe someday he would tell his brother that it was okay, that he didn't need to be sorry ever again, but now wasn't the time.

It was dinner time and Feli sat at the table, staring at the empty seat in front of him. "Hmmm, Lovi still hasn't come down..."
He got up from his seat and ran up the stairs to his brother's room.
"Fratello? Dinner's ready..."
There was no response, and he opened the door quietly. It was dark in the room. The lights were off and the blinds were shut.
"F-f-frate-llo...?"
"Uuuuugggghhhh.."
"WHAAAH! FRATELLO ARE YOU A ZOMBIE?!?!"
"Sh-shut up, no I'm not...."
"Lovi?" He felt someone grab him as he called out his brother's name.
"D-D-D-ON'T EAT MY BRAAINS!!!"
Lovi flipped the light switch with one hand, his other gripping Feli's shoulder to steady himself. His eyes were pink and he was grimacing.
His little brother was worried.
"Lovi, are you okay?"
"Yeah, that spanish b****** just gave me a headache..."
Feliciano hugged him.
"HUG THERAPY!!!"
"T-T-T-HAT'S NOT GONNA HELP, STUPID!!!!"

Lovino pulled away his face like a tomato. "D-don't hug me, you smell like garlic."
"I made dinner..."
"I'm not hungry."
Feliciano pouted and turned a bit. "Well, it's there if you want it later."
Lovi looked at the floor and smiled a bit. "Grazie."
