Thank god I haven't bought it yet.
From what I've read, it's like an MMORPG without online capabilities. Like, the entire battle system is semi-automatic. WTF!? There was a reason no one bought XI. Final Fantasy is not an online franchise, bitches! DX
Okay, so beyond that, I'm not so thrilled with the people working on it. The FFT crew? ******** 'em. I don't care what people say. FFT and FFTA sucked major a**. That's why I sold my FFT.
Also, they say the music is lame. I'm 99% sure Uematsu didn't do it, so that explains taht. Probably it was the same loser who did Dirge. Dirge had a shitty a** soundtrack with the exception of Gackt. And I only say that because of the sexy beast factor.
Anyway, back to XII. I at least hope it sells well enough to become a Greatest Hits because there's no way I'll ever pay more than $20 for it. Even if it ends up being the best game I ever play, I won't regret waiting for a price drop.
I don't believe in Square-Enix any more. Not at all.
In fact, I just really really want them to implode. I have all their good games. They don't need to exist any more as far as I'm concerned.
Actually, they should put out Crisis Core THEN implode. Right after the American release. I'm sick of their bullshit. Especially this whole Advent Children Complete nonsense.

Sometimes I really wish that Final Fantasy VII wasn't a Final Fantasy at all. Like, I wish that everything about it was the same, just that it wasn't a Final Fantasy.
Because if it wasn't part of that franchise, no one would mind all of the sequels and prequels nearly as much as they do.
Now, I really don't like that there are changes being made to the storyline, but I think they're at least giving some depth, so it's not all bad.

Crisis Core is about Zack. heart heart heart He's like my second favorite character in VII, probably. He's such a pimp, fo' serious!! Love it.
Apparently, Crisis Core isn't gonna be rip-off like short, either! They aren't even sure that it'll all fit on one UMD. Gosh, I want it so bad!! I'm sooo glad I have my PSP right now. I really really really really want this game like, right now. I NEED.
I've been going through Dirge of Cerberus again sorta. I'm saving my money for a Wii, so no buying new games for a while, which led me back to it. Now I'm trying really hard to get all the memory capsules. Nothin' wrong with a little video-watching. I mean, that's all I wanted it for anyway. XD I have luffgasms over Cloud and Vincent. They're both such teh shmex.
I'm sleepy now. I should sleep. I just hope Crisis Core comes out before I'm too poor to get it. XD
They say they're already onto recording voices. That's a good sign, right? I'm scared about the battle system, though. I hope it doesn't suck.
