yesterdly I went cannoeing with my brother and grandparents. biggrin with my grandpas squadrent.
It started to be a normal day until we where at a parking lot at blackwater river state park waiting for a bus to take us to the launch site. smile
a few minutes later a rickety, busted up school bus came to take us away! when I looked at it I was like eek . when they said my grandpa's squadrent will be riding the bus I looked like gonk . after the bumpy ride to the site I was the first one out. some cannoes where placed by the river for us. before we could go on the water, the leader said the river was four feet higher than usual soo.. the currents where stronger too. I was like blaugh . little ol' me has never been cannoeing before and was excited. Boy was I in for a supprise. when me amd my grandmother was in a canooe and my brothe and grandfather were in another. thats when things started to go wrong. we had to go under a bridge and we hit one of the pannels. then we almost capsized over a three inch stump a few moments later. everything was going ok for a few for me and my grandmother, but some guys put togeather like eleven intertubes and and floated down the river with coolers filled with beer. They ran into everything and everybody. I was sitting in the front of the cannoe and every single time we ran into a tree I would eather eat leaves or get spiders on me. sweatdrop . well... me amd my grandma where the first ones to finish the four mile trip. xd . We waited for about thirty minutes before we saw anybody else.
well...........thats my adventure for the day! 3nodding
