Although most people might consider "Alice is Dead: The Wasteland Chronicles" to be a rip off of American McGees Alice, I do have something to say.

This project has been in progress for over 10 years now. I have never played American McGees Alice, so in no way did I "steel his idea". For those of you who are comic fans, ever heard of or read Grimm Fairy Tales: Return to Wonderland? Yes, everyone including Disney has had a stab at Alice. There's no reason to go on with the "copy cat" nonsense. No matter what, all renditions of Alice will have some similarities.

Ever wonder what happened after little Alice woke up from her dream? That so-called Wonderland? Certainly not a fairytale ending. Everything came crashing down, and began to seep into the "real world". Alice's dreams became a nightmare. Voices tormenting her each night, which caused even sweet Alice to go mad! Waking up in an Asylum, Wonderland waited beyond her door. Hellfire and fury! The world of simple magic, mazes, and a little white rabbit turned dark, desolate and bloody. This world went from mad to murderous. The Queen is still after Alice’s' head, and her followers are nothing but rotted zombies, and ghastly creatures unknown to man or myth! She must be ready for anything...her final moments will decide the fate of the real world as we have come to know it!
