Dad brough home two puppies on Friday. They're sisters --- yellow labs. We named them Cyndie and Myndie. They want to play with the cats so bad, but Kero hides from them, Salem hisses at them, and Tigger was curious about until one of them licked him and now he wants nothing to do with them. They're very... hyper, but at least they keep each other occupied.
I'm starting at AB Tech on the 19th, since I missed the deadline for Fall Sem at UNCA. I'll transfer into the UNCA Engineering program in the Spring. For now, this is my schedule:

It's so sad that I have six hours to kill on Thursdays. Either I'll burn a lot of gas driving back and forth to home or I'll be getting very friendly with the library.
You should have seen my trip to the school bookstore. The books were so heavy that she had to give me two bags to divide the weight between hands. And it was $11 to buy the Physics coursework (loose papers that looked like they were printed off the web (I wtf'd at that). There are so many of them that they fill a 2" binder. I'm a little scared.
There are three Chemistry books and one of them by itself was almost $200. I paid $623 for tuition and almost $600 for books. That's just wrong.
I was so pissed when I found out they don't offer Japanese in the Fall. And Henri says they're French teacher isn't so good.
I'm also trying to get a job as a Cashier on M, W, & F afternoons and on weekends. Once all the high schoolers go back to school maybe I can get hired at Ingles Grocery.
In other news. I've become ensnared by the Diskworld series. It's so good!! I've added it to my list, which is getting rather long. I'm simultaneously reading so many books it's not even funny. Of the top of my head I can count seven, and I know there are more.
I'm going to go back to playing Mabinogi now. I'm in one of those moods again (I randomly get into moods where I want to play one thing non-stop. Right now it's Mabi). I want the "Who reached level 50 at age ten" title. I'm halfway there and I have six more days.
