Shi-Rae Celestial was born in a time of war. Her mother had been pregnant for a long long time, way to long for Shi-Ray to be a natural baby. Her father and brothers were all away fighting the war, and her two twin older sisters...well no one knew anything about them. Shi-Rae was born on The Day Of The Sun, the first baby to be born on the goddesses holy day since Queen Faye the Damned. Rae's mother died giving birth, and the reason was obvious. Rae was almost entirely full made, about the size of a six year old with the creamy skin and pale eyes of an Elder Celestial. King Eyran's advisors wanted to kill Rae, or rather sacrifice to the Goddess. But Eyran wouldn't hear anything of the sort. He hid Rae in the Forbidden Goddess Temple with the Seithers that resided there. Over time as the war raged on, Rae grew into a beautiful and extremely powerful woman. The power of the sun bloomed in her in a way no one had ever seen. The seithers were powerful, but afraid of this new magik growing in this young girl. So they did the only thing their fear allowed them to do, they threw her out of the temple. But Riy-Solisan, one of the more sympathetic seithers followed Rae out into the wilderness and told her this: Quote: Your power is one that stems from the goddess herself, and unlike anything any of us have ever come accross. Do not be afraid.
