Before I start my story, (it was suppost to be posted yesterday but i ran out of time) if some of you have heard this story before and know what/who I'm talking about, PLEASE don't say anything or ruin it for everyone else who don't know. Well, here goes... (Make sure to leave a comment!)
There once was a young girl who didn't know life. She didn't know pain, she didn't know misery, and she didn't know how hard life really was because she was always protected by her parents. She knew this very well and hated being raised ignorant to the 'real' world around her. The young girl didn't know anything, until she met a very special boy.
This peculiar young boy's name was Andrew. He wasn't from around town and was new to his school but he loved his first day there nonetheless. Imagine how you would feel if the very first thing you lay eyes on upon entering was the most beautiful thing you've ever seen? This is exactly what happened to Andrew. He saw the young girl.
There was just something about her that he found alluring. He tried and tried to deny it, but he just couldn't. If he did, he would be telling himself a huge lie. It was simply love at first sight. As the days went by and he got to know her, he realized that he was trapped. He loved her with all his heart and there was nothing he could do about it.
Then one day, he finally got the courage to ask her out but at such a bad timing! The young girl had already been asked by a different boy, his name: Al. The young girl didn't want to go out w/Al though and still hadn't given him an answer as to if she would go out w/him or not, so it wasn't too late for Andrew to ask too.
The young girl really didn't know who to choose and every time she would ask her friends, they only succeeded in confusing her even more than what she already was. Then one day, during one of the morning classes she had w/Andrew, he came up to her and said that he was taking back his offer to be w/her.
No one had ever done that to the young girl before, so she asked him why he was doing such a thing? Was it all just a cruel joke? He answered back with the honest truth that stunned the young girl to the core. "I don't want you to be pressured into a decision and then end up regretting it. This way, you'll be happy... With or without me..."
He was wrong. At that instant, it became very clear to the girl whom she should be with: Andrew. He might not have said it exactly with words, but the young girl realized that Andrew loved her so much that he would even subtract himself from the equation, just so that she would be happy. No one had ever done something so...caring in such a way for her. She was deeply touched and told him that she had come to a decision. As if on impulse, Andrew asked who. The young girl just smiled at him tenderly and replied, "It's you."
After the bell rang and he dropped her off in her next class, he asked her once more, "Will you go out with me?" She blushed and happily agreed.
For the next month and 3 weeks, they were happily together. Andrew would spoil her, buy her jewlery, trinkets, and treat her like royalty. The young girl in return, also gave him things, but the greatest one was all her love which grew ten times in size with every passing second she spent w/him.
As the time passed, she grew more and more aware of her feelings for Andrew. It was the first time she had ever felt so strongly about anyone. She really loved him, with all her heart, and him to her. Their love seemed to be the purest of all. That is, until tragedy struck.
One day, the girl woke up from a troublesome slumber and felt a heartbreaking pain in her heart. "Why am I in so much pain?" she asked herself as she started to tear. "...Andrew..." When she arrived at school the first person she went looking for was him. The young girl just had a horrible feeling that something was terribly wrong w/him. As soon as she entered the school, the principle called the young girl into her office. She was reluctant to go but she went anyway.
Once the young girl sat down, the principle informed her that Andrew had killed himself.
For what seemed like an eternity, all the young girl could think was, 'What? This...this can't be...no...NO...NOOOO!!! ANDREW!!!' "NO! UR LYING TO ME! IT'S IMPOSSIBLE! HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN?! HE'S NOT DEAD!!!" she cried uncontrollably. How could this happen? Their love was stronger than anything. How could he just leave her like that?
Later that day, Andrew's best friend gave the torn up young girl a letter saying that Andrew said to give to her if anything happened to him. As the best friend swore he hadn't read it, she openned it and understood why he had committed suicide.
It read: 'I'm so sorry, but this is probably the last note u'll ever receive from me. I hate to be an a**, but I'm breaking up w/u. Don't take it personal. It's not u, it's me. I've been hiding something from you; something very dark. I'm a (Writer's Note: Sorry! This part has been cencored cuz I promised a friend I wasn't gonna include this part! Just insert the baddest thing u could imagine here. Please forgive me!) which means I'm wanted by very dangerous ppl. I'm sorry but this was the only way and I could never risk losing you. Please forgive me. I'm sorry our last day together wasn't a good one, but remember this: I'll always love you, no matter what."
For the next few days, the young girl felt horrible. She wouldn't eat, she couldn't feel any happiness, and she seemed to be all alone. The next night after seriously considering suicide herself, she had a dream. In it, she met Andrew at their favorite park. He told her that he was very sorry about what he had done to her, telling her once again why he had done it.
“I don’t care! What you are doesn’t matter! What matters is who u’ve grown up to be! I love you for who you are! Andrew…I love you,” she cried, running into his arms. His eyes grew wide in surprise by how strongly she felt for him. He held her tight as his eyes started to swell up with tears. The young girl looked up at him through her damp brown eyes and kissed him tenderly. Andrew returned her kiss. As he did, the young girl heard his voice inside her thoughts say truthfully, “I will always love you and I will wait for the day in which we will be able to be together again. But until then, please don’t give up on life like I did. I sacrificed myself so that u could live on. Don’t let all my efforts to protect you be in vain.”
The last thing Andrew said to her before she awoke bathed in own tears was, “I’ll never forget you and I’ll always be with you, no matter what.”
The young girl learned very important lessons that opened her eyes to the world around her. She finally felt pain, misery, loneliness, and the most important of all: true love. I know, I know, you’re all probably wondering if this really happened, but I can’t say so… Oh c'mon ppl! WHAT DO U THINK?
