I came agross the marketplace today. Standing off to one side watching the bids and sales going on constantly. Even at night this place seems pretty busy. No one noticed when I slipped into the crowd and gave some of the wares a look over myself. I'd need some cash to get a place to live in at least. Might as well see if I could sell anything off.

Discovoring the old cans I'd been fishing up had some trade value, I checked up on the rules and regulations for setting up items for bidding. Something about a vending liscence was mentioned and something in the back of my mind reminded me I had already bought one before I 'slept'.

Which is strange, considering I clearly remember having one but not the why or when I got it.

I've gone through everything I own. What little I own in any case. There is no such item in my pack.

The woman behind the counter said I could get one from the bank.

Going to the bank, I gave them my name and a request for a vending liscnce. However on looking up my name, they said I already had one.

I'm confused and somewhat annoyed. My liscence seems to have been stolen and I apparrently cant get another one.
