It's always amusing to me to see how much Gaians panic when the admins try to introduce something new into the fold. Such as today, they announced the beginnings of advertising to this new movie coming out and how there will be a related quest as well as future anime/movie themed collectable items. No sooner was the announcement posted did Gaians begine to flock to the feedback forum exclaiming and bewailing Gaia as selling out. Oh please. Selling out? In the words of my generation; not even. Gaia is just trying to produce revanue, but some of you block-headed Gaians can't seem to grasps this concept. What would you rather happen? Gaia being shut down? All the money you put into your account to get those awesome items suddenly being all for not? Surely you must realize that this could happen if Gaia doens't seriously begine generating some serious profits. We all must realize Gaia is trying to do what is best for the site and for us. Perhaps even they themselves do not agree with what they have decided to do. Only the top officials know. But please, grin and bear it. If you truly love Gaia, then this new development should not be hard to swallow.
