I'm hoping that I can get someone to switch me shifts this Saturday. Both my managers are leaving for better jobs. The last day for one of them was this Sunday, and the last day for the other will be this Thursday (or Wednesday). So we're having a party this Saturday to say good-bye.
Unfortunately the sign up sheet for the party came out after the schedules did. I'm schedules from 2:30 in the afternoon to 11:30 at night. The closing shift. The party is at 6:00pm. It's going to be a little difficult to find someone willing to trade their morning shift (I need an 8-5 or a 9-6 ) for my late closing shift. But there is always hope.
Good news is that I finally started chapter 2 in my story. Maybe I'll post it up here as well. Though it doesn't get much reviews where I have it now. It is posted in my guild and in Eph's forums. (For those of you who are curious about it. If you arn't, then ignore this. And why are you reading my journal anyways? )
