Gah...I'm getting so drained, that its driving my crazy (I would've said insane, but then I would've ryhmed). You may or may not know, but my family life isn't the greatest at the moment. I have a new 'dad' who came back from Iraq last year, on Valentine's Day. When he left, he said that when he got back, that things would be different, and my brothers and I were waiting for him to return. But ever since he stepped off that plane, hes been nothing but a dictator. His name is Todd, and hes rude, lazy, and disgusting. He plays PS2 as soon as he comes home, and if I'm already home, he yells at me first to get my chores done and make dinner.
It may sound like I'm just whining, but I'm being truthful. He gives things to us, only so that he can use them against us and take them whenever he gets the oppurtunity. He took my PS2, tv, gameboy advance sp, and ALL of my drawing stuff and materials because I let my puppy outside to go to the freakin' bathroom! I make sure to get all of my chores done, which includes-
1.Dishes
2.Vaccuming the entire house
3.Sweeping and mopping the entire house
4.Cleaning dog crap
5.Cleaning the backyard
6.Cleaning my room (which isn't hard at all since its never dirty 3nodding )
6.Making sure my brother's rooms are clean (very hard since they're packrats eek )
7.Feeding/Watering the dogs
8.Making breakfast for my brothers in the morning
9.Making dinner
10.Finishing my homework
Seriously, I'm not kidding about any of it. Its hard to get my homework done, because I get home late and have to get ALL of that crap done before I'm allowed to go to bed. My brothers dont have it easy either, they're also piled high with chores, even though my youngest brothers are only 6 and 8. My oldest brother (hes 12) actually got so sick of it all, that he ran away. Seriously, he ran away and walked almost 2 miles to go to our stepdad's house. My stepdad my be a jerk at times, but at least he appreciates us doing chores and stuff. Todd never compliments us, even if we break our backs and make the house sparkle like a diamond ring. And what makes the whole thing worse is his habit of hunting us down and yelling at us for really stupid crap, which happens whenever he gets his a** kicked on Socom and Madan (which is frequent, he sucks at Socom). He finds that one thing that may make you snap and keeps poking at it until you explode, then he uses that to take something away from us.
I dont know what my mom sees in him, but if she wants to be with him, thats her choice. I just hope I dont go mentally insane by the time she ditches him. Thanks for reading my ranting, this is one of the few ways I can vent my anger.
