Considering that it was from Latin that most of our modern languages developed, it is surprising to see that it has been relegated--more or less--to antiquity. Many pedants will go on and on, characterized in Italian il Commedia by spouting nonsensical Latin phrases... such as the ones above.
In truth, this was an excuse to try out the journal. Hopefully something more substantial can be written soon.
