You flew silently into my life.
Like a nighthawk soaring through the sky.
With just a hint of the essence of you,
To Forewarn of your coming.
I was hiding deep inside myself.
Too awkward and ashamed to meet you face to face.
But I shrugged my blanket of self-restraint,
And called to you in whispers.
You’ve answered me softly with sweet and subtle sighs,
And looked into the shadows I’ve hidden in my eyes,
You told me you knew my type,
From past encouters with sensitive mood.
I said I love you,
And a silent spring inside began to flow.
And life began draining away its’ wretchedness,
For love make's life's terror go.
