What is the "Average"?

Is it the people we see on television, Who we want to become because of their fame, fortune and so called "well-being" or is it that person that everyone expects them to me, such as the "Average" Causian, or the "Average" Asian or my favorite, the "Average" African American. Ignorant people see the "Average" African American to be rude, wild and obscene; less of an education, always want to hang out and ruin their lives. People like Me (so they say) won't get anywhere in life, known for just being rappers or the females in the music videos that demine themselves just to look cute. Well I'm not the "Average" African American female that people see on tv or the thoughts of how people view Us; I am something more than that. Not that many African Americans are like that. Many people stereotype other group just because they have no other knowlege of how some of them REALLY are; basically they go by what they see on television, thinking that it is true, but in all actuality its not. Its not only African Americans, its other groups too like the Hispanics and the Causians, Asians, Hawaiians, West Indians (People from the Caribbean) and so on and so far. I just don't understand why our society would go that low the demine some other race that they aren't familiar with. Half of us are quick to play the "BLAME GAME" like its the president's fault....yea okay.... So maybe if some people opened their minds alittle bit, and actually took time to get to know people that is outside of them, These STEREOTYPICAL BLANKETS would seize to EXIST....
